1.Product composition
TD11 floating floor is a floating deck structure composed of 50mm lightweight fireproof insulation material rockwool as the bottom layer and 3mm and 2mm thick galvanized steel plate (using 1mm thick damping adhesive in the middle) as the upper layer. Mainly used in ship local (with A60 fire requirements) cabin, with excellent vibration reduction, noise reduction, sound insulation, heat insulation functions.
2.Product characteristics
1, with excellent vibration reduction, noise reduction, sound insulation, heat insulation and sound absorption functions, after detection, sound insulation value reached 62db;
2, light weight, effectively reduce the empty ship tonnage;
3, the overall thickness of the product is thin, effectively increase the internal space;
4, fire resistance level reached A60;
5, can effectively improve the comfort of cabin personnel.
